☼ Rights to the Work ☼

The art piece that I have made/will make belongs to me.
You cannot claim it as your own work, nor can you use it for any form of profit!
Re-posts are only acceptable for personal usage (like repost at personal /Deviantart/twitter/Tumblr/toyhou.se....etc.)
Personal use only. Not allowed for commercial and own profit use unless otherwise discussed.
I have the right to use the commissioned images as samples (portfolio sample, twitter or such) unless you ask me not to.
I have the right to sell merchandise of any fanart I am commissioned to make.
Do not merchandise any art you commissioned from me (to make prints, button, pins, t-shirts, stickers) or such for your own profit. However, if you wish to profit from the commissioned art piece, ask if we can discuss a fee for commercial rights.

Payment first: I'll start working on your commission after I have received your partial or complete payment.
If you have paid partially upfront, full payment will be due after the sketch has been reviewed.
My prices are subject to change at any time, however, I will not be charging you the new prices if you commissioned me with any date before my last Pricing revision.
I receive my payments through PayPal invoices only.
All prices are charged USD (US Dollar) currency only.

Be sure to check where you are on the list, as it may have to finish other commissions before I get to yours!
Once I get started, a commission should not take longer than 1-2 weeks! I will let you know if anything pushes back the completion of the artwork!

I will check in with a final sketch before I get started on any line-art or color!
You can message me at any time for any progress updates, however, if you are looking for a chat it can cut into the time it takes for me to complete your commission.
I will let you know in advance if the character's complexity is going to extend the 1-2 week deadline!

Once I send over the sketch, you may ask me to change anything aside from the entire pose 2 times.
You may ask for the entire pose to change ONCE!
Once I get started on the line-art, you have revoked your right to any further revisions unless they include color correction or a detail I have forgotten.
Once I get started on the line-art, I will not be changing it any further unless I, as the artist, forgot something essential to your character.

All files are currently saved onto the computer, but eventually, I will purchase a USB to store all commission files for up to 1 year (From when the commission was received) After the one year period, your commission file will be deleted.
All Commissions are posted and available to download via email or discord!
Artist retains no responsibility or liability for what the Client or third parties do with the artwork once the artwork is completed.

Please respond to correspondence about your commission as soon as possible.
Abuse or mistreatment will not be tolerated in any way. If this occurs, I withhold the right to cancel your commission for you and refund you for the unfinished portions.
If a commissioner suddenly disappears, I will hold your piece for about a month. After that, I will not continue to work on your piece and will refund you for any unfinished portions.
If you wish to place your commission on hold, please give me a valid reason as to why and an estimated amount of time for the hold. If there are any changes from there, keep me updated! If I do not hear from you by the time the hold period has ended, I will stop working on your piece and refund you for any unfinished portions.
If you decide to cancel your commission before I have begun any work, I will refund you the full price except for the transaction fee!
